National Water Company (NWC)
The National Water Company (NWC), a Saudi joint stock company fully owned by the government (namely the Public Investment Fund), was established to provide water and wastewater treatment services in accordance with the latest international standards. This is achieved by the concerted efforts of national cadres in partnership with carefully selected international operators through foreign PPP.
Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture
The government shed light on agriculture since (1346 H), when agriculture was considered a significant source of life, wealth, and economy. His Highness King AbdulAziz – may Allah have mercy on him – had ratified the Decision of the Shura Council, which provided for exemption to all agricultural implements from customs duties, and development of agricultural movement in Saudi Arabia by importing some agricultural machinery and equipment in 1351 H to be distributed by the Ministry of Finance among farmers at affordable prices.
Ministry of Finance
When instructions were issued by the Kingdom of Hejaz that financial matters were to be managed by a finance directorate, a single entity in the form of a General Directorate of Finance was established on 14/10/1927 . Royal Order No. 381 was issued on 14/5/1932 . changing the name of the General Directorate of Finance to the Ministry of Finance, thus becoming the second ministry to be established after the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Saudi Telecom Company (STC)
Saudi Telecom Company, is a Saudi Arabia-based telecommunications company that offers landline, mobile, Internet services and computer networks. The company lost its monopoly on mobile phone services after the assignment of a second license to Etihad Etisalat.
Transport Ministry
The Ministry of Transportation was established in 1372 AH (1953 AD) to oversee all aspects of transport: roads, railways, and ports. In 1395 AH (1975 AD) the Kingdom’s ministries and its public institutions went through a reformation process that led to establishing the Saudi ports, the Saudi railways and the ministry have become responsible for planning, designing, constructing and maintaining the roads and the bridges.
Mobily
Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) is a Saudi company established in 2004. The Company’s major shareholders are Etisalat Emirates Group (27.99%) and the General Organization for Social Insurance (11.85%). The remaining shares are owned by institutional and retail investors.
Saudi Binladin Group
When Salem Mohammad Binladin died in 1988, some of his brothers, pursuing expansion and diversification, reorganized the business. In 1989 the Saudi Binladin Group was established, and today stands as the latest principal and independent organizational structure in the business long history.
Al Redwan
Al Redwan Ready Mix Concrete Company is a wholly Saudi- owned company. It was established in 1976, envisioned to serve the purpose of having a central production plant for the supply and delivery of first-class ready mix concrete for the company’s own construction projects, as well as, other private sector construction projects. Since this time, the name of “Al Redwan Ready Mix Concrete” has remained at the forefront of this specialized industry in the western area and remained dedicated to serving its clients in the construction business.
Ministry of Health
Since the modern state of Saudi Arabia was first founded by King Abdul Aziz Bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud, May Allah rest his soul in peace , the public health and disease control were among the government’s top priorities. The creation of the Kingdom’s healthcare system coincided with King Abdul Aziz’s takeover of Al Hijaz and his designation of Mecca as the first Saudi capital.
Ministry of Interior
The founder of the Kingdom, late King Abdulaziz has established peace, stability and security nationwide in accordance with Islamic Sharia laws. He has put an end to political unrest, tribal conflicts and statelessness caused by absence of a powerful central government.
Saudi Post
Saudi Post is a public government corporation that regulates and provides postal services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the official operator of postal services in the Kingdom. Upon the founding and unification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the founder late King Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud, Saudi Post started up operations; thus, it is the oldest Saudi service authority.

The Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia is the Saudi governments financial regulatory authority responsible for capital markets in Saudi Arabia. The CMA is a government organization applying full financial, legal, and administrative independence, and has direct links with the Prime Minister
